Ömer Haksever was born in 1989 in Istanbul. Haksever graduated from the Department of Accounting at Etiler Commerce High School. He completed his education at Kocaeli University Izmit Vocational School and then NYLC in New York. He completed his master's degree from the Department of Audit at Beykent University with the thesis "Quality Assurance Systems Applications in the Turkish Independent Auditing Sector". He completed his doctorate with the "Strategic Planning, Budgeting and Management Reporting in Businesses" thesis from Istanbul Commerce University. He has written a book on Budgeting in Businesses and Reporting to Management to determine the institutionalization, growth, globalization and vision of companies in Turkiye. He has articles published in various journals.
Haksever started his professional career in 2010 and took various positions in national/international companies in different sectors, especially in accounting, finance, auditing, budgeting and reporting. He finally led his private sector career as a Group CFO at SHIMANO. He became a CPA in 2015 and was elected the youngest CPA in Istanbul. He has also certified the title of Expert at Financial Report.
Haksever left the private sector in 2021 and established Right Consulting, providing consultancy services to national/international companies in Strategic Management Consulting, Marketing Strategy, Feasibility Study, Corporate Training, Financial Services, Accounting, Cash flow, Internal & External Audit, Budgeting and Reporting.
